Brian founded Elite Media Team in 2010 after previously spending over 20 years in the agency and radio station worlds. His greatest legacy is his family. He has been married to his wife, Tina, for nearly 30 years, and they have two grown children, Carly and Brandon. Brian is a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Pickerington. He spent more than 15 years in Big Brothers/Sister of Franklin County, and coached baseball for over 20 years at the travel, high school, and summer collegiate levels. Brian is a diehard Cleveland sports fan, and he believes that this is the year that his Browns will finally win a Super Bowl.
While selling advertising, Brian discovered that the wrong question was being asked. He became obsessed with learning how not to sell advertising, but how to make it work. Those early mentors and that foundation led him to start an agency so he could share those success principles with business owners.
